HUAWEI EC1260 config. with Reliance wireless broadband

I am not able to configure HUAWEI EC1260 wireless broadband modem with ubuntu 10.04

I have loaded ubuntu on USB hard disk.

Can sumebody help me?

Hi ,
But i would like to run Reliance broadband net connect+ EC1260 on Ubuntu 10.04.

Pls. suggest how to configure the wireless broadband modem? Can it work with Ubuntu 10.04?

Did you look at the article?

It says among other things "Update: If you are on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lycid Lynx) Beta - 1" and "Update: If you are on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx), here is new version for Modem Manager with fix"
