unable to connect MTS mblaze ztAC2746 mobile braodband in 10.4 netbook version

Hi this is avinash here and i started using 10.4 netbook version and i been able to connect internet from lan and wii fi but not through an service provider in india by name MTS m-blaze- ZTE AC2746(EVDO modem) mobile evdo data-card broadband i tried some suggestions provided in the forum and other but no positive results .....so pls help me.if any additional information required regarding modem pls let me know .Thanks in advance

Avinash here again i been able to connect my mts data card but i am getting just 1x speed till now .what settings should i make to get broadband speed.....

i connected my usb modem stick and installed ubuntu net-book version.it started showing "mobile broadband" i my connectivity option on the top and when i tried to configure it also recognized the modem as zte.......the i entered username and password then connect...
