I upgraded my system now the volume do not work on my computer what should I do?

Can you see a volume icon on the tray?
if yes, right-click on it an select "Audio Preferences" and go to the "Hardware" tab and check out if your sound card is recognized, if yes see below that the "profile" option is in "Analog Stereo Duplex"
if your sound card is not there, in a terminal write.
lspci | grep -i audio
if your sound card is there type alsamixer and check that the volume is up enough.
