how do I get the dvd player to play store bought dvds?

I had set up my dell to play dvd's when I had ubuntu 10.10 and know that I upgraded to ubuntu 11.04 I can not play dvd's again how do I fix it to play my dvds?

sudo apt-get install libdvdread4

    Then open a terminal window and execute:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
