movie disc cannot play

i cant play movie discs, when i try it show ''no permission'', for this i try to install sudo but it show you already hve it.

As action says above, try opening a terminal and type:

sudo apt-get install libdvdread4

    Then open a terminal window and execute:

sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
