Video converter

Hi
 I am running ubuntu 11.04. i need a good video converter which converts .avi, .3gp, .flv, .wmv, mov, .mp4 etc.
I already tried ffmpeg ,it cannot convert .avi to .3gp with audio working. i have all ubuntu restricted media formats and mediubuntu installed.the video converter should be user friendly.

mencoder is a great converter. Pretty much every converter is just a GUI for mencoder.

Maby you can try https://www.dvdfab.cn/video-converter.htm. It is able to convert video formats like 3GP, ASF, AVI, FLV, M2TS, MOV, MP4, M4V, MPEG, DAT, MKV, RMVB, RM, TS, VOB, WMV, etc.
