Hello,

You need to set the sound settings in Skype and not Ubuntu.

Allan :)

I can talk just for a moment, then its gone..there are so many choices:

USB camera, USB audio

If i restart my computer, it works well again but just for a moment.

If you use sound recorder can you record yourself. Make sure you use the sound settings in preferences and set the microphone device to be the one on the webcam. Also run:

alsamixer

and make sure no levels are muted and all are cranked.

Can you help with this problem?
