Previously there is no problem with login sound, but now it is not working,
please help me to solve the problem.

Check you sound setting: Preferences->Sound, under "Sound Effect tab, make sure that "Mute" checkbox is not checked.

OR

If it's not checked, turn on the Ubuntu Theme on the same window.
