24.04 Nobel install Gnome-keyring will not unlock when user logs in

I just upgraded to Nobel (24.04) from 23.10 and any user (existing or new user) keyring is not unlocked when logging in. Tried to ensure passwords are the same, removed and re-created keyring, created new user, and even new user has this issue.
I'm not sure if this is specifically just xorg session or Wayland session related. I tried both,and the behaviour seems to be slightly different. I'm at the end of my wits, don't know where else to start looking.
Any ideas? is this a known problem?

Ubuntu Noble 24.04 is still under development.
There are still bugs. Please file a bug report.

Here is the current bug report on this, mark that this bug affects you.
This way the developers can know the severity of the bug.
