The password is normally your user-password. If you are not using auto-login and the keyring-password and user-password are the same, you are not asked about the keyring-password anymore

If you set a blank keyring password you won't be bothered for the password.

In dash search for 'key' and you'll find it. Not obvious enough?

No, don't like the dash. Give me a (dare I say) windows programs list any day. I can see what I have then.
