to install or remove , must authenicate, wants password, no clue

anything I try and do or install ask for password to authenicate, same with keyring dont know password, rm~/.gnome2/keyrings/default.keyring didnt work on terminal mode, gave a return as no such directory

Yes, this is the default behavior in Ubuntu and Linux OSs in general.

You can try to reset your password and this time make sure that you will remember it. Follow this procedure to reset your user's password
