I had the same problem but I think I was not using gnome-keyring-manager but some other key manager. You probably answered that you didn't want to save the password in the keyring the first time it asked you.
When I upgraded to Ubuntu 7.10 I was asked again and the problem was solved. Have you tried to access gnome-keyring-manager and get the key into it? I this doesn't solve the problem, you may try to reinstall the package and then try to reconnect.

Funny thing. I have just installed my mother's new PC (58 years old lady using Linux! this rocks!). On this PC have right that same problem I told it was solved when I upgraded my laptop to Ubuntu 7.10. I am always asked to type the gnome-keyring-manager. In my laptop (the problem is solved here) the only thing that differs is that I have an extra entry (key) in the deposit that stores the wiki key. The entry's name is something like "Unblock key to unblock the 'default' key deposit'. Although, there is nothing editable in that entry but the name.
I'm going to check if there is some bug related because lot of people is asking for this same issue.

My problem, and maybe yours, was solved. See bug #181281 - Allow access to Keyring manager with no password.

Can you help with this problem?
