what does 'dpkg --configure -a' mean and how to do

trying to add gpg key to keyring. wget -q http:// packages.medibuntu.org /medibuntu-key.gpg not succeding??

now you need to run "cat ./medibuntu.gpg | sudo apt-key add -"
