Tali Game- Programming of Computer Players

I was just wondering how the strategy for this game was programmed anyways ? I dont' know if you know how stupid the computer players are or not. because it seems like they are just randomly throwing out a choice for their roll. I have never once been beaten yet by the computer on this game. So I guess this might be more of a comment than a question , but you mihgt want to consider programming it so it is actually competitive and there is a point to playing it
