i don`t know how to install moonlight in ubuntu 10.04

i was searching in a web site when suddenly the browser say that that page needs a pluglin that is only available for windows and versions like that

Yes moonlight is not available to Linux. It was dropped a long time ago

You will see, first site, that moonlight is dead. On the second site will show Ubuntu 10.04 desktop is EOL (end of life). Recommend you upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04. If your computer does not meet system requirements, for Ubuntu 12.04, then look at bottom of page, second site, for Xubuntu or Lubuntu. They need lower system requirements.
