libnotify0.4-cil not found

Binary package hint: gnome-do

when I try to install gnome-do with apt-get I get this error: Failed to fetch http://archive.linux.duke.edu/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/notify-sharp/libnotify0.4-cil_0.4.0~r3032-1ubuntu1_all.deb 404 Not Found

I ran apt-get update and it does not work for me

This is more a question since the package is available from the main repository. Most likely, the mirror has not synchronized completely yet.

The status for the mirror indicates that is a week behind:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/archive.linux.duke.edu-archive

So, the solution is to wait for the mirror to be in sync or use another mirror in the sources.list file
