when live cd have got gparted why use gnome-disk-utility

Asked by Omer Akram

i think ubiquity also depend on parted so why does ubuntu give gnome-disk-utility, as gparted is in the live cd session so it should be a part of ubuntu install and gnome-disk-utility should be removed. in this way 450+kb of space can be saved on the live cd

Thanks for your reaction/question. I think you should post your remarks on launchpad, and file it as a bug. It will maybe get a "wishlist flag".
On this part of ubuntu support: -ubuntu questions- we can't help, or further support you with your questions, maybe ubuntu brainstorm would also be a place to post you comment.
