cant use hard disk, error: Daemon is inhibited

I cant seem yo use or install anything on my hard disk, I dont know how i broke it but i get the error "An error has occurred while performing an operation on '500gb hard disk' (ATA st500325as): The Daemon is ibeing nhibited.

Any ideas.

i suggest you fsck the partition in livecd. You could also grab the ultimate boot cd, it has drive testers from the main drive manufacturers and you can test it mechanically.

I think it is normal problem. Open your CPU and check whether SATA cables connected to the Hard disk properly.
