No disk space after trying all sudo commands

Asked by Paul Brennan

Trying to download 11.10 unsuccessfully as the disk doesn't have enough space. None of the following commands have any effect:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get autoremove

The ASUS EEE 900 has 11.04 installed from a UBS flash drive. Could the flash drive be the problem?

Use 'baobab' known as 'Disk Usage Analyzer' to see where most space is used. Have a look at /var, where it is usually possible to make space.

Can you help with this problem?
