If I understand your question, you wish to know how to make a new disk partition in Ubuntu?

I've always had the best luck with the program gparted. Gparted is a program to create and adjust partitions with a GUI. It does not come installed on Ubuntu, but is available in the Ubuntu Software Center.

however, I do not speak Arabic and cannot verify the accuracy of that tutorial.
