how can i increase space in disk partition?

Ubuntu has 10 G space in disk, but i have 15 G for music carpet. I need to increase the part of the disk available if i will put my music collection there.The rest of the disk contains HP(Windows) and a factory image; the first has a lot of space available(100 G)

Make a backup of valuable data before doing anything.
Boot on an Ubuntu CD or USB stick, and choose "Try" instead of "Install".
Then select System->Administration->Gparted.
Resize NTFS partiton to make space, and allocate new space to current ext4 partition.
If you have Windows 7, you can resize NTFS partition while running Windows, which is safer than using Gparted to resize Windows file system.
