Keyboard layot switcher - ENG-UKR-RUS

This problem stays in Ubuntu many years. When I have 3 languages to switch, in some cases, layot switcher shows next or previous language and makes many people angry by this.

This is not answer. I want to layot switcher show me currently switched language, not auto switching...

Not this. My keyboard layot switcher in some cases shows not that language, what is really typing now. It may show me ENG when i'm typing RUS. This problem reveals when layot switching is configured to set own layot to all windows and default is ENG.
