Multi-Monitor: How do you change the monitor on which the menu bar & panel appear?

I have laptop with a two-monitor setup and would like to change on which monitor the main menu bar & panel appear. Right now they appear on the laptop screen but not on the larger monitor attached to it. I would like to reverse that.

I have poked about the configuration tools of Ubuntu but can't find anything. Is it possible?

OK, found the trick:

Drag the panel to the appropriate screen while holding down the ALT key.
