Is gnome-control-center deprecated?

Asked by Юрий Чудновский

Beginning from Ubuntu 15.04 (or 15.10?), up to current 16.04, Bluetooth applet in gnome-flashback session show connected devices in menu, but "Bluetooth settings" menu item launch "gnome-control-center bluetooth", resulting in windows saying "there is no bluetooth adapters found".
If I go to setting via "System settings" button, which one launch unity-control-center, entering Bluetooth module I see all connections and can manage them.

Because this behaviour did not changes over significant time, did gnome-control-center deprecated and should not be used anymore, and Bluetooth applet must use unity-control-center instead? Or it is a bug in gnome-control-center, which must be reported to repair?
