screen in negative

I was downloading frost wire onto my laptop. Once installed the screen went into "negative" i.e what should be white is now black. Need help to change it back! thanks in advance!

This is a compiz ability. Check the compiz settings you have to see what hotkey has een set to the negative. The default is Super+n
