Unable to detect any bluetooth device.

Hi,

I have Dell vostro 2520. I just bought a bluetooth headphone. I am trying to connect it to my laptop which have Ubuntu16.04 LTS, But I am getting problem in it.

My Bluetooth never could connect to any device. Even its not able to detect any bluetooth device.

I don't know what to do. Could you please help me?
