Background Picture Ubuntu 13.04

After updating from 12.10 to 13.04. I got the background pictures of 13.04. I enabled it and the desktop is not showing the picture. It is showing the white background instead of the selected picture.

Ubuntu 13.04 is not full stable yet . It will be released late in this April.

So you can report a bug about this problem you have.

This worked for me in ubuntu 13.04.I am using GNOME shell
