cpu frequnecy scaling unsuprted

quand je veux mettre le son ou lire une video le message aucun greffon de controle de volume GSTreamer et/ou peripherique trouve s'affiche; j'ai essaye toutes les solutions sur le forum mais rien ne fonctionne. j'avais du son avant; merci pour reponse
