Error on add and Remove help

When I try to add some stuff on my laptop I try to install it it says an error occured

The following details are provided:
W: Fauled to fetch http://dell-mini.archive.canonical.com/ubunti/pool/
Universe/k/kdenetwork/kwifimanager_3.5.8-1ubuntu3_lpia.deb
  Could not resolve 'dell-mini.archive.canonical.com'

You will find it's

http://dell-mini.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/pool/

and not

http://dell-mini.archive.canonical.com/ubunti/pool/

run:

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

and modify the line. Save the new file and run:

sudo apt-get update

But my lap top dosent have wierless conecsin that is a nuther problem I have I em using my ipod touch for this

Then you will need to get that sorted, or use a wired connection. You can edit files on the system without a web connection

Thats like not being able to run MS Word because you do not have an internet connection. The system is entirely self contained so you can type stuff and run the apps on the system if there is a link to the web or not. This is the same in 99% of systems. Only thinclient systems NEED a web connection
