why isn't .0.2.5 in the package?

Asked by Eric Harris-Braun

I see that over at http://git.gnome.org/browse/gitg/ the latest version of gitg it .0.2.5. I'm wondering why this package is still at 0.2.4.

I'm a bit new the process of how things get into the official packages, but am willing to help out make it happen.

I've found PPAs for Oneiric and Natty. All I can suggest is you report a bug and it may get included sooner. Or you could contact the PPA maintainer here and see if they'll build you a package (or build one yourself)

Can you help with this problem?
