installed gforth using apt-get. there dosnt appear to be a gforth.fi file

Asked by mikejen

gforth uses a default file named gforth.fi.

gforth works as installed but that file is not on my system.

this is using ubuntu-13.04-console-armhf-2013-09-26 on a beaglebone black but on my desktop using 12.04 it isnt there either.

If this file isnt present then I cant use gforthmi and sorry to say I dont know how to create it.

According to http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?searchon=contents&keywords=gforth.fi&mode=&suite=raring&arch=any the file gforth.fi is installed by the package gforth-lib in /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/gforth/0.7.0/gforth.fi (for i386) respectively /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gforth/0.7.0/gforth.fi (for arm64 architecture).

Not sure about the armhf version, could be /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/gforth/0.7.0/gforth.fi

Can you help with this problem?
