Where are fresh versions of GeoGebra?

Wikipedia says that the last version of GeoGebra is 6.0.672

However, both Debian and Ubuntu have only 4.0.34:

I suggest you file a bug report with Debian.
Ubuntu is derived from Debian.
When Debian updates their packages then Ubuntu updates packages for the next version of Ubuntu.
Unless it is a security update which would be immediate.
"no rolling release"
