Could we update to version 6?

Asked by Morgan le Fay

Geogebra's repository is at version 6, which has important new features (like 3D geometry) and a much smoother interface. Could the Bionic universe package be updated to version 6 too? The Geogebra repository URL is listed at <https://wiki.geogebra.org/en/Reference:GeoGebra_Installation#Other_GeoGebra_Classic_6_versions>.

You have to be aware that Ubuntu is copying software from Debian (to avoid double packaging work), and as far as I can see also Debian has only version 4.*

First step to bring version 6 into Ubuntu must be creating a bug report in the Debian bugtracker that they update their packages.

Can you help with this problem?
