Bulgarian translation

How one can upload a new translation for Gelemental? The main project page seems dead (http://www.kdau.com/projects/gelemental/), and there is no way to translate in Launchpad. I have prepared a Bulgarian translation, but i don't know how and where to upload it.

I can not find any translatable template for Gelemental in the Ubuntu's translation templates...

If you look at the package homepage: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gelemental

You'll see that the last person to update it for NN was: https://launchpad.net/~angelabad, so it'd be probably best to email him about getting your translation added.

(I'm not a Ubuntu dev, but it's something I'd do in your situation)
