gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

Binary package hint: gedit

No menu in menu.lst after the command "gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst".I have the Ubuntu Netbook Remix 9.10 in Asus eeePC1000HE.

Hi,

With Karmic, it is Grub2

So the file /etc/grub/default replaces /boot/grub/menu.lst
That's why you'll find an empty file with your command (as the file does not exist, it will be created = empty)
