how import *.XML/AIML

Asked by Mezig

I'm plannig to study a Pandorabot like the one at : http://www.pandorabots.com/botmaster/fr/aiml-converter.html but under Gedit, there is no way to use XML/AIML to work on it!
It appears than i need something like an add-on or something like that!
Does someone have any idea on how to do that and maybe a documentation or as serous link?
Tks by advance

Well OpenOffice Writer works with XML documents.
You can find it under Applications-->Office.
Or can install it via Add/Remove or Synaptic Manager.

If OpenOffice office is too heavy for your light computer or for you;-) there are some small XML editors like

conglomerate
gemacs, (gemacs-nox)
mlview

and so on.

You can find them in Synaptic Manager, just type "XML" after pressing Search (not in Quick search!).

Might be you shouldn't mark your question as "solved" because it is not. This way somebody that knows the exact solution might not look at it. But you can reopen it.

Bye!
