Find is greyed out w/ gedit 2.25.8

Asked by Ryan on 2009-03-05

I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 alpha - at some point, the gedit find feature stopped working. - When I ctrl-F, and type the text I want to search for, the Find button stays greyed out, I can't press enter, or click Find, or alt-f for it to do a find. Any ideas? Screen shot to be attached.

Thanks

Ahh - I can't attach an image here that I can see - so for now, I'll put the image here:

looks like a bug to me, I have the same behavior on my jaunty amd64 install (up-to-date, gedit 2.25.8-0ubuntu1).
