SHIFT + Numpad arrow produces garbage

Pressing
Shift + Numpad Left produces 4
Shift + Numpad Right --> 6
Shift + Numpad Up --> 8
Shift + Numpad Down --> 2
Shift + Numpad Home --> 7
Shift + Numpad End --> 1
Shift + Numpad PgUp --> 9
Shift + Numpad PgDn --> 3

I want to select as I would do it with non numpad arrows.

How to remap key combination Ctrl + Shift + KP_Left to Ctrl + Shift + Left in keyboard layout?
I can't select anything using keypad because of that.
