i just wanted to say i am new to ubuntu and i want to say i should have explained it better but i am dumb on a commputer so just bare with me , i did resolve my problem thanks to marcobra, i read the links that were there and tried everything that was there and it started working what ever was there must have solved it. again thanks to marcobra for taken the time to answer my plea thanks again
