connot install pc game on edubuntu

got a game guildwars want to install it on my computor but edubutu will not let me how do I get past this issue

You need to use Wine http://www.winehq.org to install it. You can install wine by going to add-remove programs and searching for it under "All Open Source Applications" if it does not show up you need to enable the correct repository in Synaptic. To do this go to System->Administration->Synaptic Package Manager and going to setting->repositories. I believe it's under universe but I could be wrong. To be sure any windows program works under linux you need to check wine's appdb (http://appdb.winehq.org). Looking at guildwars specifically in the appdb, it appears Wine has some trouble running it.
