The package geany-plugin-debugger is missing in Bionic Beaver.

After instaling Xubuntu 18.04, I noticed the package geany-plugin-debugger is not present. Even instaling geany-plugins did not fix the problem. You can check it here: https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=geany-plugin-debugger&searchon=names.
