How can I remove "restart" and "shutdown" options in Ubuntu logon interface?

Because I hope to prevent the domain users from restarting and shutdowning the computers when they see logon interfaces

Ok (valid only if you have only a user to manage)

I suggest you to activate the automatic logon from menu System → Administration → Login window
then open the Security tab and enable the Automatic Login

i will search a supplemental/different answer to help you...

Please using the same Login dialog window open the [Local] Tab and un check the "Menu Bar" Show Actions menu option.

Normally, Ubuntu would not let one shutdown the system if there are any logged-in users. Hope this helps :)
