Change desktop (shell ?) setting

System running is Ubuntu 11.4 . I clicked on bottom panel to change the desktop view to older version. I want to be able to change back but can not find a setting to do so. Can someone help"

Answer has been foundl Used the same procedure that it required to get the old look. Thanks to the guy who helped.
