system doesn't start after log

LL10.4 is impossible to use because after I write user and password it asks me again and again, and it can never start.
I have any idea, I tried safe graphical mode and to upgrade anything but it always stops.

if you boot to root recovery mode you can run:

cd /home; chown -R foo:foo ./foo

assuming foo is your username, replace your username in the command

e.g.

cd /home; chown -R andy:andy ./andy

then reboot, see if it helps

I could not use that!
I install again desktop with root recovery mode and( after rebooting) this solved my problems!
May be shit happened because I had changed something in Evolution...
Goddam!
