Asked by Dante Ernesto Garcia Vargas

I have Ubuntu Precise

I have 3.4 kernel as you see.
I installed gconf-editor because I want to have a link to my "computer" folder in desktop.
But I get and error: "no schema for this key"

Can somebody help me please!

I want to have a link to "My Computer" or "Computer" folder where I have HDD and DVD drives in my Ubuntu desktop.
So that's the reason I installed gconf-editor.

run dconf-editor and you will ind the things the commands change in CLI. Much easier to give commands for users to copy and paste
