creating users

hi im very very very new to linux (gnome)
i need just to no something quite basic
i want to create user for certian ppeole on my computer but i dont have the first idea how
if some one can help me it would be very much apricaited

Go to the menu

system -> administration -> users and groups

There you can add users.
