If you report a bug and the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner rather than later. Ubuntu is not a rolling release distribution and packages are not always bang up to date

I currently can't compile my code with the 10-20200411-0ubuntu1 gcc, it crashes with internal compiler error.
But I don't know if it is fixed or not in the final release of gcc 10.1

The compiler still hasn't been updated. Is the intention to keep with this pre-release version throughout the LTS, or will it get refreshed at some point? I'm also getting an ICE that I know is fixed in 10.1
