Integration of "gaim-extendedprefs" in the basic-installation?

Hi,
In my opinion it would make sense to integrate the package "gaim-extendenprefs" to the basic-ubuntu-installation, because it has 1 important feature:
The minimized start of Gaim.
I experienced, that the lack of this feature really annoys ubuntu-newcomers, who don't know, that they have to install this package, in order to make a minimized start possible.
