Glitches when typing

when i type messages in gaim using my AIM account random things will happen while im typing. Some of these include redirecting my typing to the middle of a word in the middle of the sentence somewhere random creating incoherent messes of my words. Other glitches include randomly spinning my cube around rapidly while im typing, or selecting another window, or deciding to write what im typing in a new away message? haha its pretty freaky. Also it will drop down the right click menu randomly while im typing something, or just act as if something was clicked off screen and stop witing what i am typing in the send message field.
