please update gaim to beta4 (maybe in feisty)

Hi all. Compiling this myself (based on debian/unstable) i must to configure disabling dbus and gstreamer (in other way gaim crashs randomly). Please provide an update for this (there are a lot of pretty changes ^^). Thank you a lot.

This will definitely happen for Feisty, but it might be backported to Edgy.
